CIDE Takes Flight in Peter Pan Production
The Central Indiana Dance Ensemble (CIDE) will present its spring ballet, Peter Pan, tomorrow at The Tarkington Theatre to two sold out crowds! CIDE is a pre-professional ballet ensemble, resident company of the Center for the Performing Arts and a Regional Dance America (RDA) Honor Company.
Peter Pan, Wendy, John and Michael will actually take flight on stage to Never Never Land! Peter Pan is the perfect introduction to ballet for audiences of all ages full of Pirates, Lost Boys, Indians and a crocodile with a grudge! Performances are at 2pm and 7:30pm.
This year’s show will feature over 70 dancers as well as choreography from Artistic Director Suzann Delay, Michael Casey Clark, Ashley Jones and Edward Moffat. CIDE also welcomes the return of guest artist Steven Wright to the role of Captain Hook.
