Stephanie Flittner serves as Chief Legal Counsel for the Indiana Department of Natural Resources and will join the Carmel Clay School Board in January 2027. She has a strong background in nonprofit leadership, having served as President of the Junior League of Indianapolis, Secretary of Indiana Wish, and Secretary and Governance Committee Chair for the Carmel Education Foundation. Stephanie lives in Carmel with her husband and two children.
