PAYMENT PLAN for CIDE 2025-2026 Company Fees

4 Monthly Payments of $180 (plus a service charge per payment) to cover the complete cost of $720 (Company Fees + Sportswear Fee) for the 2025-2026 Season.

**Please note a Service Charge of $7 per installment.**

Initial Payment Deadline: June 9th

Please make your initial payment by June 9th. Subsequent payments will automatically recur at one month intervals.

Additionally, please fill out the Google Form in your Company Acceptance email by June 9th to complete your registration with CIDE.
