Auditions - Make copies of audition forms, register dancers and take measurements.

Communication - Send communication e-mail notices to members.

Festival – Provide Regional Dance America festival information to parents and dancers, make chaperone and room assignments.

Fundraising Team - Organize fun fundraising opportunities for the dancers.

Newsletter - Write and send a quarterly newsletter.

Scrip - Organize ordering of gift cards and distribute.

Silent Auction - Collect Items to arrange auction baskets at the Spring Concert

• Refreshments - Buy or get donated refreshments and serve.

• Decorations - Make center pieces, set up and tear down.

Summer Intensive - Organize the check in and out process, request volunteers.

Welcome Party - Plan Welcome Party in August.
