PAYMENT PLAN for CIDE Youth 2025-2026 Company Fees

2 Monthly Payments of $247.50 (plus a service charge per payment) to cover the complete cost of $495 (Company Fees + Sportswear Fee) for the 2025-2026 Season.

Please note a Service Charge of $7 per installment.

Initial Payment Deadline: August 1, 2025.;

Please make your initial payment by August 1. The second payment will automatically occur on September 1.

Additionally, please fill out the Google Form in your Company acceptance email by August 1 to complete your registration with CIDE.
